The Eagles ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. Call it a sensible B+, earned the boring way.

The Duke reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. That Fautanu pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
