When the story of this class is written, it opens with Keyron Crawford at Round 3, Pick 2, a reach of 21 spots that the board flatly disagrees with. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.
A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want. The Brailsford pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.
They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.

Fair-plus on Denzel Boston, a quiet win that adds up over a draft. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
The board screamed and they did not listen, reaching into the next round for Keyron Crawford. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
A market-rate cornerback, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Jalon Kilgore. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
A tidy bit of business in Round 5, Pick 2, where Parker Brailsford graded well above the range. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
They stopped a slide they were happy to see, landing Oscar Delp in No. 144. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Bryce Boettcher at the Round 6 slot. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Dalton Johnson at Round 6, Pick 13 is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
Jeremiah Wright at the 225th pick is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
