The Packers clearly saw something nobody else did in Roger Rosengarten, taking him 47 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced.

Magee at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

A fair-value weekend of trading, no edge to be found.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
