The one they had to fix is still broken. The Cardinals left quarterback untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
Getting Graham where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Zabel has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
Pick-by-Pick
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Mason Graham at the 16th overall pick. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
A premium they did not need to pay, Grey Zabel a notch or two before his time. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
