When a board-topper like Garret Greenfield slides to slot 245, you do not overthink it, and the Packers did not. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The Bishop pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher, quarterback and other spots still on the board. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The cost of the Bishop reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
