The Packers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Donovan Jennings at pick No. 255 regardless, 36 picks early. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. The Means pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

The phones were busy but the ledger stayed level.
