Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Chase Bisontis got past him. The Chiefs do not have to explain a thing at the 113th pick. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. With tight end, quarterback and other spots unsolved, spending premium capital on cornerback is the choice that costs them.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
