The one they had to fix is still broken. The Chiefs left wide receiver untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.
The Lawrence pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. That Sadiq pick is the receipt they will wave around later.
On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with tight end the one that mattered most. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
