The Eagles spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Nelson Ceaser, the No. 165 name on the board, in pick 210.
If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through interior defensive lineman. The Barner pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. On the needs board they went 5 of 9, with cornerback the one that mattered most.
In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.

In the 22nd pick they get a ballhawk on the outside. The biggest hole, addressed.
A market-rate wide receiver, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Xavier Worthy. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
