The Chargers went off the board in a big way for Luke Lachey, 34 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Benson. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
