You build a draft on nights like this. Conner Weigman had no business being available in Round 5, Pick 32, and the Cowboys did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Too much went sideways, and the D+ is the honest tally.

The cost of the Moore reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through linebacker.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
