The board owed the Cowboys one, and it paid up: Carson Schwesinger, the No. 87 name on the board, sitting there at the 174th pick like a gift left on the doorstep.

The Hamilton pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Adding Jonathan Taylor by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.
