There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Steelers started one anyway for Wesley Williams, 76 picks ahead of schedule.

McNeil-Warren falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The Steelers indulged a want in Brailsford while a need in cornerback, running back and other spots stayed open.

A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
