The rest of the league will want that one back. Nehemiah Pritchett tumbling to the Dolphins in the 184th overall pick is a gift they did not have to think twice about.
A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
Pick-by-Pick
No drama and no debate, Chop Robinson went about where he belonged in pick 21. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Value with a capital V on T'Vondre Sweat in No. 55, a genuine coup. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Isaiah Adams in pick No. 158 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Circle this one: Nehemiah Pritchett at the Round 6 slot is a fall that decides a draft. A minor need, but a need all the same.
They read the board right and Cornelius Johnson was the payoff at the 198th overall pick. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
They barely believed it either: Jordan Magee still on the board at slot 241. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
