Cleveland Browns
The Browns let Bernard fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.
You build a draft on nights like this. Germie Bernard had no business being available in Round 4, Pick 7, and the Browns did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Browns paired the rookies with proven help, DeVonta Smith leading the way.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
