Nobody else had Collin Oliver anywhere near pick No. 257. The Browns did, by 66 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

Everything downstream of Cam Ward depends on Cam Ward, and the building knows it. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Simon. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.

In short, they turned a good board into a better roster, and it shows.
