Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Akheem Mesidor got past him. The Buccaneers do not have to explain a thing at No. 229. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

The Buccaneers indulged a want in Styles while a need in quarterback, running back and other spots stayed open. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
