The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Jahdae Barron, pick 153, roughly 141 picks past where he belonged. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They went 3 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

A cornerback of that caliber at the Round 5 slot is the definition of value, full stop. A minor need, but a need all the same.
