The Jalin Conyers pick is the one that will follow the Cardinals into the fall. They took him 145 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.

The Mondon Jr. value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
