Somewhere a general manager is explaining how TreVeyon Henderson got past him. The Cowboys do not have to explain a thing at No. 116.

Everything downstream of Shedeur Sanders depends on Shedeur Sanders, and the building knows it. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. The veteran additions, Myles Garrett chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
