The rest of the league will want that one back. Johnny Dixon tumbling to the Cowboys in No. 233 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.
The cost of the Nugent reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
