Los Angeles Chargers
Good, not great, for the Chargers: B.

There is reaching, and then there is Eric O'Neill at slot 204. The Chargers jumped the board by 64 and dared it to prove them wrong.
Getting Price where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
Pick-by-Pick
In Round 1, Pick 22 they get a cornerstone up front. A clean fit for the roster.
Emmanuel Pregnon slipping to the 55th pick is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. A need, and now a little less of one.
Circle this one: Jadarian Price at the Round 3 slot is a fall that decides a draft. It fills a real need, too.
Chandler Rivers at No. 123 is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Value said wait; Eric O'Neill in pick 204 says they were not listening. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
