Everything else got attention, and interior defensive lineman got none. That is a strange way for the Chargers to leave a draft. It washes out to a C+, no better and no worse.

They are betting Sainristil proves the room right and everyone else wrong. On value alone, Wiley makes the weekend a net positive. The trades cost them a sliver of value they did not need to spend.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

So much rides on Brock Bowers that the real verdict is a season or two away.
