The rest of the league will want that one back. Jarrian Jones tumbling to the Chiefs in the Round 5 slot is a gift they did not have to think twice about. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.
If Jones pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.
The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
