Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Chiefs spent slot 95 on Roger Rosengarten, a name most had 40 spots down the list. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.
They punted on tight end, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. On the needs board they went 3 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.
Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
