There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Browns started one anyway for Taylen Green, 42 picks ahead of schedule. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Hurst. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
