The tape said wait; the Dolphins did not. Jaylen Wright went at Round 2, Pick 23, a good 24 picks before the board was ready. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.
They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with interior defensive lineman the one that mattered most. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
