There is reaching, and then there is Ben Sinnott at the 102nd overall pick. The Commanders jumped the board by 41 and dared it to prove them wrong. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The James steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer.

It is not that Solomon is a bad player; it is that the Commanders had louder needs to answer first.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
