They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Jack Westover, 98 picks early at Round 7, Pick 2. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They have staked the next five years on Drake Maye, which is the only story that really matters here. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They will answer for taking linebacker early while interior defensive lineman went begging.

For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
