There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Bills started one anyway for Jeff Caldwell, 19 picks ahead of schedule. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.
Ramsey falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Job largely done: linebacker settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.
Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.

Good price on Chris Brazzell II in slot 34, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Jake Golday in the 65th overall pick lands just on the right side of the ledger. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
A tidy bit of business in the Round 3 slot, where Kamari Ramsey graded well above the range. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
They jumped the gun on DeMonte Capehart, taking him earlier than his grade liked. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
