The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Cowboys watched Quinshon Judkins slide 75 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They will need Williams to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
