The Cardinals spent real capital to be 23 picks early on Quinn Ewers, and the board is going to hold them to it.
That Beck pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with quarterback the one that mattered most.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
