The Dolphins' one glaring miss is quarterback, a need they left exactly as they found it. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.
The Polk reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The Devin White deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.
A small leak at the table, if not a fatal one. On the needs board they went 2 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick 20 they get a problem off the edge. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Ja'Lynn Polk at No. 61 jumps the queue by a touch more than is comfortable. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
They took Kamren Kinchens at par in the 69th overall pick, which is nothing to complain about. It adds depth where they could use a little.
