The value of the weekend has a name and a slot: Denzel Burke, pick No. 87, roughly 39 picks past where he belonged. Call it a C and check back in two years.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. They will need Capehart to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it.

On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

If Adonai Mitchell and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
