You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Chiefs did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C-.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Ford. If Sinnott pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Hit on Amarius Mims and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
