Start where it matters. The Commanders took Caleb Williams to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want.

They will need Williams to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
