Call it larceny. Xavier Worthy sat on the board until Round 3, Pick 8, and the Commanders did not need to be asked twice.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Allen pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. The Colson pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at tight end and quarterback.

The veteran additions, Aaron Jones chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

In the end it comes back to Amarius Mims, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
