Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Eli Stowers got past him. The Ravens do not have to explain a thing at No. 80.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They will need McGowan to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
