The Bengals treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending No. 72 on Harold Perkins Jr. a full 62 spots early. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.
They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it. The Coleman steal is the beam this whole class leans on.
Job largely done: cornerback settled and 6 of 8 of the wish list covered. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
