Call it larceny. Jadarian Price sat on the board until the 96th overall pick, and the Seahawks did not need to be asked twice.
They will regret leaving wide receiver for another day if the season turns on it. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered. The back end got a real overhaul.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.

In the Round 1 slot they get a ballhawk on the outside, and a steal at that. More want than need.
They let Gabe Jacas come to them and pounced at slot 64. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Jadarian Price at pick No. 96 is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. It fills a real need, too.
