The Packers did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Malik Benson fell into the 160th pick. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.
For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Stukes pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.

Caleb Banks slipping to No. 52 is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Treydan Stukes in slot 84 is early enough to raise a brow, if not a full objection. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Jude Bowry at pick No. 120 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Malik Benson at the 160th pick is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Jalen Stroman in Round 6, Pick 20 lands just on the right side of the ledger. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Fair-plus on Terion Stewart, a quiet win that adds up over a draft. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
They let John Michael Gyllenborg come to them and pounced at the Round 7 slot. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
