Nothing loud, just a tidy B for the Bills.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Bills spent slot 220 on Jack Kelly, a name most had 44 spots down the list. The bottom line is a respectable B.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Rodriguez. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.
Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick No. 26 they get a difference-maker at receiver at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Jacob Rodriguez in the 91st overall pick is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Malik Muhammad in pick 126 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
Zxavian Harris slipping to the Round 5 slot is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Nice patience on Beau Stephens, who had no business lasting to Round 5, Pick 28. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
A swing that ignored the value entirely, VJ Payne well ahead of where he belonged. The roster fit checks out.
They talked themselves into Jack Kelly at slot 220, and the board did not agree. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
