The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Vikings spent their marquee pick on Drake Maye, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.
They will regret leaving safety for another day if the season turns on it. Cowing falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
Hit on Drake Maye and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.

In the 4th pick they get a passer to set the clock by. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Quietly one of the better values of the day, Cam Hart at the Round 4 slot. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
They took Mohamed Kamara at par in No. 130, which is nothing to complain about. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
They stopped a slide they were happy to see, landing Jacob Cowing in pick No. 156. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
