The war room fell hard for McKade Mettauer, and it showed at the Round 7 slot: 48 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

The Wright pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

In the end it comes back to Olumuyiwa Fashanu, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
