You can draft well and still miss the point. The Cardinals did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to quarterback, which was the need that mattered most.
Johnson falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They reloaded the coverage unit in bulk.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
