Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Eagles.

The weekend has a hole in the middle of it named wide receiver, a need the Eagles walked right past. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.
The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 22nd pick they get an anchor for the offensive line. A clean fit for the roster.
Edgerrin Cooper at No. 50 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. It adds depth where they could use a little.
A tidy little value on Cooper Beebe in slot 53, a step better than break-even. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Good price on Elijah Jones in Round 4, Pick 20, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
A market-rate safety, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Tykee Smith. A need, and now a little less of one.
Nothing to complain about; Jaheim Bell went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. It fills a real need, too.
By-the-book stuff, Braiden McGregor at the 172nd overall pick squarely in line with his ranking. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
