Somebody took the Eagles to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. The process wobbled, and the D is where it lands.

Whatever Jayden Daniels becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. If Brade pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

The Eagles paired the rookies with proven help, Stefon Diggs leading the way.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, edge rusher very much included.
