The Bills torched the value chart for Andre Fuller, taking him 53 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.
The Caldwell pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. That safety hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
The roster is better shaped than it was, with linebacker chief among the fixes.

In the Round 1 slot they get a weapon on the perimeter. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
A quiet steal in pick 91: Domonique Orange for less than the market said. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
A swing that ignored the value entirely, Kaleb Elarms-Orr well ahead of where he belonged. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Bryce Boettcher at pick No. 165 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
They paid a round early for Keagen Trost in slot 168, more than the board wanted. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
