B
Miami Dolphins
Good, not great, for the Dolphins: B.

2024 NFL Draft
· 8 picks
· 3 steals
· 1 reaches
The one they had to fix is still broken. The Dolphins left quarterback untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Polk. The cost of the All reach is exactly the players who went right after him.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
Pick-by-Pick
In the 25th pick they get a blindside protector. A real need, handled.
A reasonable price with a little left over, Adisa Isaac in the 57th overall pick. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
A quiet steal in pick 88: Ja'Lynn Polk for less than the market said. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
By-the-book stuff, McKinnley Jackson at slot 125 squarely in line with his ranking. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Luke McCaffrey at No. 158 is the proof. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Erick All in Round 6, Pick 9 is a reach so steep the board needed a second look to believe it. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Curtis Jacobs at the Round 6 slot is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
They read the board right and Tylan Grable was the payoff at pick No. 241. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
