There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Cowboys started one anyway for Eli Heidenreich, 72 picks ahead of schedule. More right than wrong, and a B to match.
Bisontis at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.
Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
Pick-by-Pick
In the Round 1 slot they get a green-dot type in the middle. The biggest hole, addressed.
A offensive lineman of that caliber at slot 92 is the definition of value, full stop. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Treydan Stukes in No. 112 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.

VJ Payne in Round 7, Pick 2 is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
